Sessions for couples
We welcome couples to begin the session together, each expressing their own needs and expectations. Based on this, we can structure the session as a joint one, going through the process together, or if needed, we can give each individual time to look at their own processes first, before working together as a couple.
Being outside, in the presence of our herd helps become more present in the here and now, creating a space to open the heart and slowing down the heart rate. This helps raise awareness of our senses, making it a somatic (physical) experience.
